Written Complaints
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 41/14), act. 10. Page 1-3. (Sukladno čl. 10. st. 1. – 3. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača (NN 41/14)).
We inform consumers that a written complaint in which they express their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or service can be submitted to the following address:

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 41/14), act 10, page 5, we will reply to your written complaint within 15 days of receipt of your complaint, in writing.
In a written complaint, please write your name and address for replies.
