This quardupel is a Collaboration project between Pulfer, Omnivar (Ljubljana), and Old Street Brewery (London). It’s characterized by caramel and toffifee-like flavor with notes of raisins and honey. Special abbey yeast gave this beer an authentic, spicy touch. Be careful, with 9.7% alcohol it is dangerously drinkable, perfect for desserts. It’s suitable for aging so grab some bottles, store and forget them. You won’t regret it when you finally open them after some time!
