Pinot Noir, matured for 13 months in previously used and new (15 percent) Bordeaux barrique oak barrels, designated as quality wine with a Protected Designation of Origin (AOC), dry, non-filtered.
Modern, plush, full and warm with considerable fruitiness in a harmonious blend with well composed herbal and spicy strands and a floral tone, vibrant on the palate with noticeable yet unimposing tannin structure, well rounded, of considerable length. Of a darker sparkling ruby color with a discrete albeit entirely adequately strongly pronounced aroma needing some time to open up and exhibit a beautiful, complex bouquet with ripe, dark fruits and drupes underpinned by caresses of smoke and vanilla, overtones of dark flowers and dried spice herbs and a trace of white pepper. Pure, pleasantly bitterish on the palate, with a good acidity, plush with fine grained tissue, harmonious, lasting.

Variety | Plavac mali |

Bottle size | 0.75 L |

Smoky and slightly burnt with strong notes of rosemary and Mediterranean herbs. Ethereal and appealingly fruity. In the mouth it is densely interlaced, buttery, full, dominant. Although dry and extremely warm, it leaves a soft feel. Tannins are ubiquitous, dense, polished, mature and sweet. They feel just pleasantly rough. Everything is in the right place. Arranged and harmonious. Monolithic wine.

Young vines planted in 2011/2012, a lot of handwork and sun, low yield, careful vinification and aging in oak barrels resulted in wine characterized by a gentle ruby red color and full fruity fragrance with red berries aroma – raspberry and red currant and dried cherries. Fruity aromas are followed by herbal notes, both on the nose and taste, which are calling to the specific terroir of Bucavac: salt, stone, and sun. Lively, gentle and rounded taste

An excellent sparkling wine made from indigenous Croatian grape Kraljevina (Kingdom). Kraljevina is found on the micro location of Sv. Ivan Zelina, small town near Zagreb. On the nose short stay on the lees after a long fermentation is notable. It has distinctive light floral and honey aromas with a hint of sweet spice vanilla and cloves.
