Attractive and pure scent. Mild, fruity with emphasized fresh red fruit reminding of raspberries with a touch of herbal sage note. Dry, soft, rounded, decent accompanied by buttery notes and pleasant, unobtrusive freshness. Rich, full and lasting taste. Fast pressing, sedimentation, separate fermentation lasting for 12 days at 16 °C with malolactic fermentation. Keeping at fine yeast sediment for 3 months with stirring.

A nice meeting indeed! Beautifully balanced sparkling wine made in Charmat method in Enosophia’s own cellar. A pleasurable acquaintance of chardonnay and pinot noir. Persistent perlage and remarkably refreshing brut sparkler with gentle salmon color and exceptional acid management.

Dry, soft, rounded with a delicate touch of buttery notes accompanied by freshness that gives Graševina liveliness and flutter. Must sedimentation, alcohol fermentation with malolactic fermentation lasting for 12 days at 16 °C, keeping at fine yeast sediment for 4 months, with stirring. Result is elegant, pure and lasting wine with fruity and fresh primary aromas of citrus and white acacia flowers.
