Gentle, layered scents reveal a unique expression of Pinot Noir grapes, characterized by aromas of red cherries, cherries in chocolate and black berries. Moderately full in body with developed structure and sumptuous freshness. It brings a harmonious and lasting fruity finish with a gentle note of hot spices.
Spontaneous fermentation on natural yeasts. Ten-day maceration. Aging in Hungarian and French barrique for a year. Unfiltered.

“Minimum intervention, maximum quality and superior taste” – would be a short description of Bikicki wine. The essence of Bikicki wine, with great effort and work, lies in the unique terroir of Fruška Gora. At an altitude of 140 -220 m on the slopes of Fruška Gora, vineyards of the Bikicki winery are cultivated according to organic principles.

Using indigenous yeasts and a minimal amount of sulfur, they produce unique wines.

Chichateau is a garage winery situated in the village of Šišatovac on the southern slopes of the Fruška Gora Mountain (the Municipality of Sremska Mitrovica). The vineyard stretches across 3ha at 260m above sea level towards South/Southwest. Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay. The total annual production reaches approximately 18,000 bottles.

The Fabula Mala is a total turn-on. Deep, powerful and voluptuous, 2016 brings together the aromatic expressiveness of Cabernet Franc with the plush fruit of Merlot. Espresso, raspberry jam, mint, rose petal and blood orange are some of the signatures. Exotic, alluring and stunningly beautiful. What a gorgeous wine this is! At times, Fabula Mala can be dominated by the Cabernet Franc, but that is not the case with 2016, as the sheer density of the fruit is incredibly prominent. Fits great with:

Erdevik Winery is located in the village of Erdevik, region of Syrmia (present-day Serbia) in western foothills of Alma Mons (Fruska Gora). Surrounded by a mild hillside, vast plains in the south and located at 140 meters above sea level, Erdevik, with its three lakes is one of the most beautiful villages in the region of Syrmia. In 1697 most of Syrmia province and therefore Erdevik became part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and were ruled by Italian nobility of Odescalchi family who aided King Leopold I defend the city of Vienna during the Ottoman siege. Name of the village Erdevik was derived out of Hungarian word ERDOVEG meaning forested area. First vines in Erdevik were planted in 276 during the reign of Roman emperor Probus. In the early nineteenth century village of Erdevik had many vineyards, so count Livio Odescalchi built a cellar and a winery. Present-day Erdevik winery is a synergy of tradition and modern approach to winemaking where premium wines are produced exclusively from an estate owned vineyard located on the right bank of river Danube.

An expressive perfumed nose offers black cherry currant and cassis with secondary notes of violet cedar and a touch of wild spice. In the town of Aleksandrovac, Zdravković Budimir – affectionately known as “Deda Buda” (“Grandfather Buda” in English) – has been crafting nearly 80 vintages of authentic wines. In 2006, his son-in-law Aleksander Rašković made a bold but imperative decision to systematically commercialize Budimir’s wines, allowing the wines to not only be available to wine lovers in Serbia but also around the world. I Kao Da Si Anđeo, which translate to “And you are like an Angel.” It is a Merlot matured in 225-liter French oak. This is the best-selling red wine of Vino Budimir, and it’s easy to see why.
