Plavina is a variety with a typical Dalmatian character. Although with lower alcohols and softer tannins, but with a higher acidity which at the same time makes it extremely enjoyable. Aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months. Juicy cherry, plum, and dalmatian spices, ingested with minerals, end with a herbal and earthy note.
