Rose dry wine made with grape dripping technique and cold fermentation in stainless steel containers. Made from from Syrah / shiraz. Highlighted strawberry aroma. Proper summer wine from Nadin vineyards. In the glass, slightly darker rose and somewhat resembles the color of strawberry juice. The nose is fruity, dominated by strawberries, raspberries waiting in the background and then the third layer a little berries. Unobtrusive, fine, aromatic, like you’re in your grandmother’s kitchen when preparing for the winter compotes. In the mouth, the same aromas as on the nose, but a little more robust, has character, but is again fruity and with pleasant acids. Slight connotation on gummy bears, long aftertaste that simply invokes another sip.
