In the words of the winemaker, wines can be sold when they reach optimum smoothness as this is when the wines have an unlimited shelf life. The symbiosis of fruit and aging in wood gives the wine an extra dimension, which is a rarity on the Croatian wine scene. Grabar is dry, 14% alcohol, it is a harmonic, classy body, with built-in acidity and tannin in perfect cohesion.
