Crane Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

For more than twenty-five years, Crane Family Vineyards has been growing grapes and making wine in the Napa Valley.  Proprietor Tom Chiarella is the second generation of his family to manage the family’s estate hillside vineyard. Nestled on the instep of Mount Veeder, the Don Raffaele Estate enjoys a microclimate and terroir like the well-respected vineyards of the Pomerol region of Bordeaux, imparting intense and unique flavors to the grapes grown here. 2015 was another drought year in Napa Valley, resulting in small yields but very high-quality fruit. Sourced from its Don Raffaele Vineyards on the foothills of Mount Veeder, this 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful wine that can be consumed now or aged.
