The vineyards are at 220 to 250 metres above the sea, at the location of Bomarchese. The ideal microclimate allows for the growing of grapes that in their maturing retain the amount of acidity required for a fruity and well-balanced wine, while the mineral white soil sustains the smoothness with its exceptional mineral notes.
Fresh, complex and delicate, it starts with the fragrance of white flowers and unfolds into scents of the white vineyard peach, spice herbs and white pepper. Mineral-rich, fresh, but also warm, round, full-bodied and salty, leaving the palate with a taste of ripe fruits and a finale of a mild and typically elegant bitterness
