The harvest took place at the end of the September. The most beautiful grapes were chosen and were set in the high, airy room after picking. Every two days, manual rotation of that grapes was done so that there wouldn’t be any decay and gray mold. During the rainy and wet days, the room was further ventilated with fans. Drying lasted for 3 months – complete dehydration of berries occurred and remained the sugar concentrate itself. Subsequently, it was followed by mulching and fermentation. It has distinct aromas of caramel popcorn and bruised apple nose. Cloying sweetness, with rich grape and dried fruit character. Succulent caramel, lengthy finish with hints of walnut.
