Galić Graševina 2021

Green hills of Požega valley were formed a long time ago by sinking of massive glaciers from the surrounding hills. A pleasant altitude of 200-330 m above the sea level, mainly southern exposure. And the characteristics continental climate, with a gradual transition from summer to autumn. With higher average autumn temperature than the temperature in spring makes it ideal for growing grapes. The Galić family has dealt with grape growing and wine production for generations but mainly for their personal use.

Premium dry wine from Slavonia, Kutjevo winegrowing area. 100 % Graševina, selected from the best locations after yield-decreasing harvests (1 kg/vine). Attractive and gentle fruity aromas of pineapples, green apples and vineyard peaches, as well as spicy aromas of chamomile and dry hay. It has a characteristic bouquet of Kutjevo winegrowing area terroir. The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks in a controlled environment. The final touch is given by spiciness typical of Graševina.
