Groszer Wein Der Gemischte Satz Weisz 2017

- +
$16.99

If you stand on the Eisenberg and gaze off into the distance, in addition to next-door neighbor Hungary you can also see clear across the Steiermark to Slovenia. It is the passion for the distinctive and remarkable terroir of the Eisenberg in Südburgenland that drives Matthias Krön and Markus Bach. On this extraordinary hillside with its old grapevines growing in steeply sloped vineyard sites, unique wines are created. Welschriesling, Weissburgunder, Grüner Veltliner and Gelber Muskateller are harvested and then fermented together. A slow and extended period of fermentation provides creamy opulence, while the wine is at the same time fresh and spicy.
