In addition to the great natural potential and vineyard positions, in the Josić winery, special attention is paid to yield reduction and the time of harvest. After alcoholic fermentation, the young wine is poured into 500 liter Slavonian oak barrels where the wine matures for a minimum of 12 months before bottling where it continues its development. The wine has an intense ruby color, the smell is pleasant of fresh berries such as blackberry and blueberry with refined aromas of vanilla, coffee and tobacco. A strong and structured wine, with a strong body. The remaining unfermented sugar of 3.4 g/l places it in the category of dry wines. Total acids of 5.4g/l and alcohol strength of 14.0% vol. agree with soft tannins.
