Halfway between Jastrebarsko and Samobor, in the beautiful Plešivica region, is the Kurtalj family farm, which has been involved in viticulture, winemaking, and catering for generations. The family owns 3.5 hectares of modernly landscaped vineyards, which are located in the sunniest locations in the Plešivica region: Hrvojka, Stošinec, and Veselnica. In addition to Graševina, Green Silvaner, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Portugizec, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the varieties grown include old, traditional varieties of this region, such as Kraljevina, Štajerska Bjelina and Veltliner, which are most often used for blends.
