Our vineyards are located in the Kutjevo winegrowing region on the southern slopes of Krndija at 45.3° North. The elevation of the vineyards relative to the sea level ranges from 200 and 450 meters. As annual precipitation ranges between 500 and 800 mm of rainfall per square meter – the climate, terroir and weather conditions provide an excellent environment for winegrowing. Large forest circuits of Krndija and Geopark Papuk protect vineyards from sharp northern winds. The grapes for de Gotho Graševina are picked on a micro-location – Hrnjevac that reaches the southern exposure and the altitude up to 400 m. The type of soil is sandy sedimentary rocks, some clay, and carbonate loess. After harvesting grape press, molt flotation, the addition of selected yeasts and fermentation with temperature control to preserve the aromas.

Grapeseed oil is golden-yellow in color, has a unique taste and aroma, contains omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids that have a favorable effect as a protection of the vascular system and promote the renewal of skin cells. We produce oil from the seeds of red wine varieties: Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Alicante Bouschet. The grapes come from one of our best vineyard locations in Kutjevo region. The oil must be stored and protected from light and temperature since it has not been chemically treated. Due to its resistance to high temperatures it is used when baking or frying food and can be included in various sauces. It’s a great dressing for salads and you can use it in styr-frying or on roasting vegetables to create healthier meals.
