Since the end of the 18th century, the Comtes Lafond family has owned the largest and most famous vineyard in Pouilly Fumé, known as the Château du Nozet. This 165 hectare estate produces 10% of the entire Pouilly Fumé appellation.

A beautiful minerality brings a lovely character. The palate is round with a finesse offering the aromatic flavors of gingerbread, honey and peach. The finish is persistent and ends on a light and refreshing mineral note. The first notes are very fine, complex and delicate. The aromas of peaches, quince and white flowers follow. Light breathing reveals the delicate scents of exotic fruit. The minerality brings a beautiful equilibrium and harmony. A beautiful aromatic intensity developing delicate floral notes (small white flowers, black currants) followed by powerful mineral aromas (pebbles and gun powder). An elegant bouquet, complex and typical of the richness of this great terroir. Intense aromatic notes on a fleshy mineral structure reinforce the complexity. The finish is long and harmonious, full of fruity notes (both exotic and citrus).
