Matalj Bukovski Cuvée red dry wine produced in the Negotin region, blending of autochthonous grape varieties Prokupac (70%) and Začinak (30%). Extinguished ruby colors, with a pronounced aroma of black and red fruit, dominated by notes of cranberry, ripe plums, black currants, interwoven with tones of red currant and ripe cherries. In the background traces of spices, walnuts and almonds are present, followed by notes of smoke, tobacco and oak, thanks to the fact that it matured for 18 months in used barrels from Serbian oak and 12 months in a bottle, before entering the market.
