Wine and olive oil have marked the lives of the people of Pelješac and left a deep mark in the tradition of the peninsula. The hard-working hands of the Pelješac farmers have worked the land for centuries and created fertile vineyards in the most inaccessible terains, providing top quality wines. Powerful yet balanced Plavac mali from one of its top positions – Postup. Fullbodied red wine with tannin presence on a palate is typical for Plavac mali, but here tannins melt in the aftertaste revealing leathery and spicy aromatics. Low acids are well spread so the wine appears dry despite the naturally higher level of residual sugar.
