A rich and full wine with an intense gold color and a complex aroma, that is still maturing and evolving. Intensive and temperamental, reflecting the aromas of citrus, peaches, flowers of acacia and sweet spices. Mineral on the palate with achieved clarity, elegance and structure. Very distinctive and delicate at the same time. It’s “aMorus Selection”, 6 days of maceration like red wines. Ageing 24 months in old Slovenian and French oak barrels, lying on lees.
