A sweet wine crafted from dried Bogdanuša and some Pošip grapes from the sun-drenched Carevac vineyard in the heart of Ager on Hvar Island is an elixir that captures the essence of this ancient land. Traditionally named “prošek”, it shimmers like liquid gold, inviting you into its world of opulence and complexity. Intensely aromatic, bursting with notes of dried apricots, candied orange peel, and honeyed figs, layered with hints of acacia flowers, roasted almonds, and a touch of caramel. The drying of the berries concentrates the flavors, creating a wine with a luscious, almost velvety texture that envelops the palate.
