Superbly balanced Plavac Mali wine is an achievement on its own. Here, it showcase a restraint and focus. Minerality, followed by characteristic varietal expressions of herbs and dry fruit, such as carob and figs, persists on the palate. Instead of tannin buildup, rich, but smooth texture envelop every sip adding to complexity.
