Wine is produced in the Ritoša family for centuries, mostly for personal use. The youngest daughter Ana decided to attend the school of agriculture and to study viticulture at the College in Poreč, which led to the decision to continue the production of wines with high quality in mind. They planted the vineyard according to the highest standards, invested in the purchase of modern winery equipment, and equipped the cellar with quality wooden barrels and stainless-steel tanks that control the temperature of fermentation and wine storage. Muscat Ruža (translated: the flower – rose) is an indigenous form part of Istria near the city of Poreč. A very interesting and rare grape, which has red skins given a very nice dark rose color of the wine.
