Bela is traditional bottle-fermented sparkling wine that hasn’t been fined or filtered. Despite the elegant petillance, wild energy rushes through this bubbly interpretation of Vitovska from first sip till last. Apricot, pineapple, white flowers dominating the fruit aspect while yeasty and mineral undertones have the final word. Not heavy od difficult in any moment, easy drinking but highly memorable.
