We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases at Wine&More. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any products within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača), in the case of buying online (kupovina na daljinu), you may terminate the contract one-sidedly without giving reasons for doing so within 14 days from the date of delivery of goods. The contract can be terminated one-sidedly using the mentioned form or by any other unequivocal statement in which you expressed willingness to terminate the contract.
In case of one-sided termination of the contract we’ll act according to the Consumer Protection Act (zakon o zaštiti potrošača) and the Civil Obligations Act (Zakon o obveznim odnosima). Reimbursement will be made after the goods have been returned to us. Return of goods must be made with no delay and no later than within 14 days of when you declared a one-sided breach of contract.
If the customer uses his right to one-sidedly terminate the contract, under the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is obligated to pay all the expenses of returning the goods. If the customer wants he can contact Wine&more to obtain information on mechanisms, possibilities and conditions of product returns to Wine&More.
In accordance with Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača) the buyer is responsible for any impairment of the purchased product as a result of handling the product.
Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The product you wish to return:
- must be sent in its original packaging;
- must be sealed effectively to allow for return shipping without compromising the content;
- must be shipped back to our warehouse within ten (14) days of the date of delivery;
- must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time; and
- bottles of wine must contain at least half of their content and be sealed effectively utilizing the original cork.
Returns will fall into one of two categories as outlined below:
- In case of products of which the quality has been compromised and if all of the above conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, with the exception of any original shipping costs.
- In case of dissatisfaction with the product of which the quality is uncompromised and if all of the above conditions are satisfied, Wine&More will offer a suitable replacement within the same price group.
We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above.
Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to you via the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the website. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. Be aware that the refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees.
If you paid by PayPal (where available), refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card. We offer no refunds on any products designated on this site as non-returnable.
