The personal data processed includes the (a) email address, (b) phone number, (c) information about the website or application from which the email address and/or phone number was submitted, (d) messaging information, (e) date and time of sending, (f) content of sent message, (g) undelivered message information, (h) and completed action details. The legal basis for processing personal data when using CartFox service is individual consent for recipients who have agreed to receive messages or the legitimate interest of the controller for recipients who have not given consent. The purpose of processing personal data within CartFox is to encourage recipients to purchase products or services on the controller’s website or application or to evaluate their willingness to enter into a contract. Personal data is not disclosed to third parties except for the joint controller and CartFox’s service providers. The controller can only access anonymous aggregated data through reports within CartFox. Personal data is not transferred to third countries or international organizations outside of the EU.
