Varionica, roughly translated as „Brewhouse“ in English, is a craft beer project developed by friends and family in maniacal search for new and fresh aromas found in perfectly balanced beers. After years of gypsy brewing, the new and state-of-the-art brewery has seen the light of day in the late summer of 2019. Their beers are bold but subtle, easily drinkable, and loaded with passion for innovative brewing.

Every year Varionica brews a special beer for their birthday. In 2021 they decided to make a beer and a cake in one! Hazel Cake porter is a full-bodied smooth porter filled with flavors of chocolate, hazelnuts, caramel, and almonds. They complimented their selection of specialty and roasted malts with toasted cacao and hazelnuts.
