Country | Croatia |
Region | Slavonia and Croatian Danube |
Variety | Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir |
Category | Red wines |
Bottle size | 0.75 L |
Alcohol | 14.5 % |
A wine that perfectly balances the characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon, pronounced tannins, and varietal characteristics of blackberries with subtlety and elegance and earthy tones of cherry, a varietal characteristic of Pinot Noir. The maceration and fermentation itself took place over a period of three weeks, and after many years of aging in barrels of 1500 to 3000 liters, we got the best from both worlds. Wine is characterized by a garnet color, the bouquet and taste have a pronounced fruitiness and aromas of chocolate and vanilla with fine spicy notes in the aftertaste. We recommend serving at 14 – 16 ° C with steak, roasted duck, lamb, or venison.

Country | Croatia |
Region | Slavonia and Croatian Danube |
Variety | Graševina (Welschriesling) |
Category | White wines |
Bottle size | 0.75 L |
Alcohol | 13.5 % |
A dry wine with deep, thick golden color. The aromatic profile is dominated by notes of vanilla and ripe pear, followed by notes of dried grass, dried almonds and apricots. The wine is partly warm and soft, with well-composed tannins and a medium body. Exceptional freshness, minerality and salinity give this wine an impressive character, fine quality, intensity and rich aftertaste. We recommend serving at 12 – 14 ° C with turkey with thin, dried flatbread, veal shank, veal breast roll, roasted imperial meat/ribs, fish with vegetables, pasta with truffles or semi-aged goat or sheep cheese.
