Located on the steep 45-degree Southern slopes of Peljesac Peninsula known for its big reds, Bura vineyards produce the most unique, delicious, and prestigious wine to ever come out of the Dalmatian Coast. Niko Bura’s vineyards are fully organic and are the truest expression of the microclimate and land of Croatia’s southern Dalmatian coast. The Bura family has one of the longest winemaking traditions in Dingač, spanning over five generations.

Intense, fine quality and long lasting. The emphasis is on fruity aromas, and slightly floral. There is also earth minerality. Fruits – blue berries, blueberries, mani currants, fresh black plums, cherries. Violet, a few spicy notes, cocoa, chocolate, caramel. In the mouth is dry, warm and soft. Freshness of medium intensity, tasty, soft and light tannin structure. The tannins are rounded, soft and fruity. Fruity in the mouth follows that on the nose. So blue fruit ripe blueberry, plum, cherry, with spicy notes. The wine is harmonious, serve it at a temperature of 14 ° C with tuna dishes, grilled tuna steak or local blue fish.
