The PIQUENTUM winery was founded in 2006. Its owner, Dimitri Brečević, is a winemaker born in France, who studied oenology in Bordeaux, and then decided to come to Istria, where his father was born. He believes that you have to try to understand the grapes and the terroirs to discover the character of this land, because only then will you be able to offer true Istrian aromas.
