Immediately upon arriving at the Brič Estate, the breath stops in front of a magnificent panorama. With a view extending to the Adriatic Sea as well as on clear days to Venice. The estate was named after the homonymous hill and village, which is located above the estate. The Brič Wine Cellar ranks among the 100 most beautiful wine cellars in the world. Sustainable management is in the spirit of the winery, as its owner has decided to process the wine according to the strictest ecological criteria for production. The motto of the winery is that excellent wines can be produced only from carefully harvested organic grapes, using the latest technology skills, with careful control of every step in the process of cultivation and the benevolence of nature as to give wine all the richness and harmony of the »terroir« offered to on the Brič Estate.

The wine is pale lemon yellow in color. Opens with spicy floral aromas of meadow flowers, a touch of roasted almonds and refreshing mineralitywithapricot, sage and mediterranean spices that can be detected. The bouquet is softerand nicely shows the character of Istrian Malvasia. In the mouth, the wine is dry, moderately acidic, medium-bodiedand harmonious. Recommended serving at 8-10°C with poultry, fishandshellfish.
