Lumbarda is a small wine-growing area on the island of Korčula in Croatia, known for producing white wine from an indigenous grape variety called Grk. Grk is a unique grape variety grown only in Lumbarda and its surroundings.
Casa Boschi inherits the Lumbarda winemaking traditions, producing small quantities of Grk and other indigenous grape varieties: Rukatac, Pošip and Plavac Mali.
Casa Boschi uses traditional methods of growing grapes and producing wine combined with modern techniques. Their philosophy of wine production is based on respect for nature and the environment and the desire to create unique wines that represent their origin.
