Roe deer and deer live well in Feričanci. And they like to enjoy themselves. That’s why they ate the first crop. The very next vintage yields this fresh wine with aromas of citrus, elder and mint.
Pressing of grapes, sedimentation of must, fermentation for 12 days at 16°C, storage on fine yeast sediment for 3 months with stirring.
