Milo, a unique wine named after a late father, is a Plavac Mali wine from a single vineyard site. It ferments with indigenous yeasts in open vessels, then refinement in 600-litre neutral wooden containers for approximately a year. Afterwards, it rests in the bottle for six months. This dry wine reveals a delightful combination of simplicity and soft tannins, offering a pleasant and smooth experience of Plavac variety but with plenty of inherent character.
