Determined to explore the boundaries of Frankovka and Silvaner Vert, but also of Sauvignon and Pinot Gris from the Orahovica wine-producing region, Martin Albus wines were made by using grapes grown exclusively in a single vineyard. This was done in an attempt to produce wine with a more pronounced character. With two rehabilitated and rejuvenated vineyard sites, Martin and Albus, both of which have shown themselves in all their splendour very quickly, very special wines were created.
The Martin Albus Rosé offers a light, refreshing experience of enjoyment of a seductively fruity taste, which is accompanied by the fresh aroma of wild strawberries. It is characterized by a soft colour, which is the result of short, cold maceration. It can be served as an aperitif, and it is an excellent accompaniment to fish, such as grilled salmon, and semi-hard cow’s milk cheeses. A true refreshment for the palate.
