Family Šember, lives in Donji Pavlovčani in the vicinity of the city of Jastrebarsko, near Zagreb. Qvevri 2011, Riesling macerated in amphora’s that are buried in the ground in the yard of Šember family. This wine is produced in series of only 500 bottles. It has distinctive aromas of fig, carob, spices, resins. It has characteristic notes of maceration, it is salty, has a pleasant acidity, full body and long taste.
