The essence of Bikicki wine, with great effort and work, lies in the unique terroir of Fruška Gora. At an altitude of 140 -220 m on the slopes of Fruška Gora, vineyards of the Bikicki winery are cultivated according to organic principles.
Using indigenous yeasts and a minimal amount of sulfur, they produce unique wines.
Elegant white wine with a refined mineral character and the aroma of yellow apple, lemon and aromatic herbs. There are also fine, sweet floral tones in the background that add to the complexity and reveal the character of the Traminer. On the palate is firm and juicy, with a little fine, almond-shaped bitterness in the finish. Spontaneous fermentation on natural yeasts in a concrete tank. Aged for nine months in a concrete tank. Unfiltered.
