When Mike Pulley left his corporate career in London to pursue his dream of starting a boutique winery on the Dalmatian coast, his friends called him delusional. Delusional wine is a blend of three indigenous grapes; Babic (60%), Plavac Mali (30%), and Zinfandel (10%) also known as Crljenik Kastelanski. These grape varietals are best expressed when grown to an extremely low yield resulting in a wine with concentrated flavors of dark cherry, herbs, and stone. Aged for three years in French and Slavonian oak, this wine is entirely made by hand in a limited edition of only 1,250 bottles.
