Wines for archiving are prepared from the best grapes. Low yield per wine, the wine ferments for a long time at a particularly low temperature, and fermentation lasts up to half a year to preserve all the properties. Wine of golden-yellow color, mild greenish reflections. The scent reveals aromas of dried herbs, sage, caramel and linden. Fuller body and mature taste, harmonious acids. Aftertaste opens notes of spices and chamomile with a dominance of dried fruit and caramel obtained by aging in wooden barrels. Muscat Ottonel is a complex, golden-yellow wine with a mild greenish tinge that seduces with its finely intertwined aromas, full body of mature flavor, and a dynamic tertiary bouquet. Pair it with lighter cheese-based appetizers or as a contrast to moderately sweet, nut desserts.
