The Salon will gather more than 40 sparkling wine producers. Some of the exhibitors will be thePeršurić family with their Misal sparkling wines. They were the first to successfully make sparkling wine out of MalvasiaIstriana grapes back in the 1990’s. Nowadays, their production has reached 11 labels of sparkling wines.

Domaine Koquliecot will be representing Istria too, with the recognizable French elegance found in all of their wines made on Istrian terroir.

The Boškinac Winery will be presenting their new sparkling wine Viaz, made out of Ugni Blanc grapes. We cannot imagine talking and tasting sparkling wines without the Plešivica region. KrešimirIvančić from the Ivančić winery was the first to make sparkling wine out of Portugizac grape variety and is well known for his red sparkling wine Griffin Dark Side, you’ll be able to taste on the Salon in Zagreb, too.

Also coming from Plešivica and we definitely recommend tasting it, the Jagunić winery chose the Salon for their rose sparkling premiere, “La Bulle Rose”. From Slovenia, we’ll be able to taste last year’s winners in the category of rose sparkling wines, Čarga 1767.
