Blatina is delicate and gentle grape commonly enjoyed young, but in this case it is schooled in cellar with ambition to develop further with time. With time, oak integration gives Blatina desired effect. Fruit deepens and aromas of appearing. Specific earthiness of Blatina comes forth entangled with dry red and black fruit. Decanting is highly recommended.
